If you don’t love your Shop Shield product then you have up to 14 Days from purchase for a refund, exchange or credit (minus shipping charges) subject to conditions below. Please read below for all the details on our returns and refund policy. 

  • Contact us straight away on hello@shopshield.com.au with your proof of purchase and order/invoice number if you have any issues with your product.
  • This policy refers to Shop Shield sneeze guards ONLY and not our social distancing stickers/ decal products. 
  • Shop Shield sneeze guards must be in usable condition (not broken) and clean and not stained for a refund to take place, store credit or exchange to take place.  
  • Please package the sneeze guard in protective material for transit i.e bubble wrap. If you have the original packaging better but not essential :)  
  • Courier Shipping Charge of $29.95 to cover up to 3 units will be deducted from the refund if the customer is in New South Wales. If you are returning more than 3 units or the customers reside outside of New South Wales then a new courier shipping charge will be calculated.  
  • After the Shop Shield team inspect the product and it is deemed usable a refund, store credit or exchange will take place. We will do this at our discretion. 
  • This return policy is for online purchases unless stated otherwise
